Brock Furlong honoured for his success and leadership at Maple Leaf Poultry
TORONTO, Ont. – Brock Furlong, president of
Maple Leaf Poultry, was selected as one of this year’s Top 40 Under 40.
Brock Furlong, 34, is one of 40 chosen from over 700 nominees for this year’s
Top 40 Under 40 award. Furlong is currently president of Maple Leaf Poultry,
one of Canada’s leading processors of turkey products, and fresh and frozen
chicken including Prime, Canada’s leading branded poultry product. Furlong
joined Maple Leaf Consumer Foods in 1998 as the vice-president, marketing and
was responsible for the launch of several new products including Top Dogs
wieners and Ready Crisp bacon. He became president of Maple Leaf Poultry in
