Retirer du feu et mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer la mayonnaise, le ketchup, la relish, les poudres d\u2019oignon et d\u2019ail, la sauce Worcestershire et le jus de citron. Remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 consistance homog\u00e8ne, assaisonner de poivre et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>Faire cuire les <em>Juicy Jumbos<\/em> sur le gril selon les directives de l\u2019emballage.<\/p>\n<p>Pour assembler, placer la saucisse fum\u00e9e dans le pain \u00e0 hot-dog, arroser de sauce, ajouter l\u2019oignon caram\u00e9lis\u00e9, puis le fromage, la choucroute et garnir de cornichons.<\/p>\n<p>Remarques\u00a0:<br \/>\nComme variante, placer les <em>Juicy Jumbos<\/em> avec l\u2019oignon caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 et le fromage sous le gril du four pendant une minute afin de faire fondre le fromage.
