Auparavant, M<sup>me<\/sup>\u00a0Mantia a \u00e9t\u00e9 conseill\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale pour McKinsey &amp; Company et a exerc\u00e9 le droit au sein de Davies Ward Phillips &amp; Vineberg S.E.N.C.R.L., s.r.l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M<sup>me<\/sup>\u00a0Mantia si\u00e8ge actuellement aux conseil d\u2019administration de Liberty Mutual Insurance, du Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Queen\u2019s et d\u2019autres soci\u00e9t\u00e9s ferm\u00e9es. Elle a si\u00e9g\u00e9 au conseil d\u2019administration de McKesson Corporation, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 diversifi\u00e9e cot\u00e9e \u00e0 la Bourse de New York qui est un chef de file des services de soins de sant\u00e9. Elle y a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 le comit\u00e9 de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et de gestion des talents et a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du comit\u00e9 de gouvernance et de durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M<sup>me<\/sup>\u00a0Mantia est titulaire d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me en droit de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Queen\u2019s.
