Turkey And Cranberry Tortilla Sandwich

Slices Swiss cheese
8 oz (250g)
Turkey breast, thinly sliced
4 tbsp (60mL)
Cranberry sauce, canned
1 cup (250mL)
Baby spinach, or lettuce
DEMPSTER’S®/POM® Tortillas 100% Whole Wheat 7 inch
DIVIDE cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce and spinach evenly between tortillas.
FOLD each sandwich in half.
GRILL sandwiches for 2 minutes on a panini press or in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Serve immediately.
TIPS: Use leftover cooked chicken or turkey.
For appetizers, fold filled tortillas in half, grill, cut into 6 small wedges and serve on a platter
