Vegetable oil

Ready prepared minced garlic

Clove garlic, minced
2/3 cup (175mL)
Diced red pepper
3
Green onions, chopped
2 ½ cups (625mL)
Frozen hash brown potatoes
1/3 cup (75mL)

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

HEAT oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, red pepper and green onion and sauté for 1 minute.
ADD potatoes and bacon pieces and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes or until potatoes are hot. Season to taste.
