Ingredients
1 tbsp (15mL)
vegetable oil
¾ cup (175mL)
mushrooms, chopped
1
garlic clove, minced
1 cup (250mL)
chicken broth
1 cup (250mL)
instant rice

Directions
-
In saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms and garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Stir in rice, cover and remove from heat.
Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
