Ingredients
19 oz (540mL) 
Can black beans
12 oz (341mL) 
Can corn niblets
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Diced red pepper
Green onions, sliced
1/3 cup (75mL) 
Italian salad dressing

Directions
DRAIN and rinse black beans. Drain corn.

MIX all ingredients together and serve.

TIP: This salad keeps well refrigerated for 2 to 3 days.
