Ingredients
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Butter, oil or any flavour vinaigrette dressing
15 
Stalks asparagus, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
2 cups (500mL) 
Sliced mushrooms
 
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp (15mL) 
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
HEAT butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

SAUTÉ asparagus and mushrooms for 5-7 minutes.

SEASON with salt and pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
