Grilled Philly Cheese Steak Wrap

sliced deli roast beef

15 ml

olive oil

green pepper

1/2

onion

60 g

light sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Heat the sandwich grill to medium.

Lightly brush green pepper and onion with olive oil.

Place on grill for 2-3 minutes, turning once, or until grill marks are visible and vegetables are fork-tender.

Layer shaved deli roast beef on tortilla.

Top with grilled vegetables and shredded cheddar.

Wrap and grill until cheese is melted and grill marks are visible on wraps.

Serves one.
