    Within our offices, dress code is generally business casual. Within our operating facilities and distribution centres, the dress code is casual and employees must adhere to the health and safety requirements and, with limited exceptions, specific dress code requirements.

    Go to the Maple Leaf Foods Career Centre log-in page. At the bottom, there is a section to complete if you have forgotten your account number. Maple Leaf Foods will resend your account number via e-mail.

  • Do Leadership Trainees have input into what their rotations will be while in the Leadership Trainee program?

    Placements are determined mutually with assistance from the Management Trainee's mentor, Human Resources, and the Program Manager. The first rotation is typically assigned. For the second and third placements, the Management Trainee leads the process to determine the placement.

    Compensation is a mixture of base salary, pension, health benefits, vacation and holidays. Performance bonuses and stock options may also be available to more senior positions.
